
Ehrich is an evaluator and mixed-methods researcher with over 10 years of experience in public policy consulting and non-profit research. They have provided expertise on projects including topics of public health, disaster mitigation, unemployment, and education. They have led projects for a variety of federal government agencies including the Department of Labor, FEMA, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Small Business Administration. Ehrich is highly skilled at both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and harmonizing data and outcomes from both to provide comprehensive stories of public policy impacts. They are also an experienced project manager, leading mixed-method projects across budget sizes. Previously, they worked as a Quantitative Analyst at RAND, conducting network analysis on school improvement networks, surveying Maternal Quality Care Collaboratives, contributing to predictions of infant mortality, and leading the development of an evaluation plan and preliminary evaluation of FEMA’s Building Resilient Infrastructures and Communities program. Prior to RAND, they served as a consultant and trusted advisor to federal clients through program evaluation and statistical analysis support. Ehrich is a graduate of The George Washington University with a Master of Public Policy, specializing in program evaluation and analysis.
